I’m Kayla Sillman, founder and owner of Early Bloom Pediatric Therapy. I hold my master’s degree in occupational therapy with a passion for pediatrics. After working with the pediatric population in a variety of settings for over 10 years, my most recent being school-based, and a mama of a toddler myself, I found there is a need for more holistic, client-centered therapy in the child’s natural environment.
Whether that is home, daycare, school, or a hangout at the park, I strive to build intentional relationships, trust, and real-life strategies—ensuring both the caretaker and child leave our session with practical tools they can use throughout their day. From toddlers to teens, every stage deserves support that fits their world. Prepare for lots of giggles, smiles, and fun, because our main job is PLAY! Thank you for stopping by—I’m excited to work alongside you as part of your child’s journey.
