Early Bloom Pediatric Therapy is a private-pay based practice. With this business model, we are able to put your child’s needs first, providing a client-centered plan of care without network restrictions, visit limitations or delays. We are able to process Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) for our sessions. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Venmo. At your request, we can provide a super-bill each week to file with your insurance company for any possible reimbursement for this service. It is the family's responsibility to delegate insurance billing and payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Subscriptions

30 MINUTES - $40

This 30 minute phone call will include consultation regarding questions, concerns or changes in plan of care. Discussion of updating goals and treatment outcomes can also be discussed.

15 MINUTES - FREE

This 15 minute phone consultation provides an opportunity to connect, discuss your concerns and explore how occupational therapy services can support your child’s development and overall well-being. 

Initial OT Evaluation

90 MINUTES - $215

This 90 minute evaluation will be held in the comfort of clients’ homes, school or public places. This will include review of the intake paperwork, family and child interview, observation of the child, discussion of goals and outcomes for your child in regards to occupational therapy, complete assessment and review of the assessment. Based on the results of the assessment, an individualized treatment plan will be created that is specific and attainable to your child’s individual needs. We strive to have an initial evaluation scheduled within two weeks of the initial contact. 

Treatment Sessions

60 MINUTES - $120

It is recommended the first treatment session is scheduled within a week of the initial OT evaluation. Treatment sessions are encouraged to take place within the child’s natural environment whether that is home, school or public places. This session will include consultation with the guardian and/or caregiver of the child as well as direct treatment in their natural environment. Typical sessions occur for 45 minutes, with additional 15 minutes for collaboration and review of your home exercise programs. This time varies based on your child’s tolerance and individualized needs. 

Teletherapy Visit

30 MINUTES - $75

Teletherapy services are offered for established clients ONLY. This session will include therapist-led treatment with the guardian and/or caregiver facilitating the treatment with the child in their natural environment. This will include consultation, questions as well as updating of the individualized goals addressed.
